I'm Seunbayo.
Product & Program Manager · AI safety Advocate · Digital Nomad
I'm a generalist who runs programs and builds products. wherever the work needs me, from designing curricula and coordinating mentors at scale to shipping product roadmaps. Over the past 7 years managed a 25,000+ person pan-African internship program, and led product at three companies. I currently lead the team at FaithTech Africa. and I'm increasingly focused on AI safety. the gospel of Jesus Christ.

A little about me
I'm a generalist with a background in product management, program leadership, community building, and ecosystem development. Over the last decade, I've worked at the intersection of technology, talent development, and social impact building products, leading programs, growing communities, and creating pathways that help young people participate in the digital economy.
My work spans product and program development, product and program strategy, community building, and product and program design from shaping strategy and managing roadmaps to running ecosystems that connect, equip, and mobilise people. I also have a growing interest in AI Safety and what responsible AI development means for Africa and the world.
Beyond work, I'm a follower of Jesus Christ, and my faith is the foundation of how I lead, build, and relate with people. I believe technology is most powerful when it's rooted in purpose and used in service of others.
